Nutritional status is closely related to the severity of COVID-19: a multi-center retrospective study

Introduction: Nutritional status has been defined as an individual's health condition. The relationship between the progression of COVID-19 and is still unclear. We analyzed clinical characteristics 342 coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients, status.
 Methodology: were enrolled from ten different hospitals in China. collected analyzed.
 Results: body mass index (BMI) mild patients (Group A) was higher than those severe B) critical C); lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) level Group A lower other two groups; Sex, age, BMI, strongly correlated with Clinical classification (CT); Among laboratory test results, Neutrophil (NEU%), Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), LDH, blood glucose (BG) positively CT; Lymphocyte ( LYM%), Platelet (PLT), Albumin (ALB), Creatinine (Cr) negatively CT. NEU%, LYM%, ALB, Cr, PLT are all protective factors that affect CT.
 Conclusion: People poor nutritional (lower BMI ALB) have a risk developing after infection SARS-CoV-2. In treatment COVID-19, individualized support very important for rehabilitation patients.
